We Located Leichhardt at Last and Looked for all our Loose change to feed the parking machine. Passed the Lovely old Town Hall, and took a Leisurely stroll down and back up Norton Street is search of Lasagne or Linguine for Lunch.
We sat by the window as we Lingered over our Lazy, Late Lunch Looking at the Locals Lope by, sipping our Lattes. At Last it was time to move the car so we weren't Liable for a parking fine, and then we took the time for a Leisurely Look through the shops. We found Lily candles in the Dollar King and Lime gas Lighters in Howards Storage World. We Loved the masks in The Merchant of Venice shop, Lusted after the Leather bags in Florence Travel Goods next door, and of course we had to look around the pre-Loved books in Berkelouws - I'm sure that's a Law for Librarians.
Last stop was the Ladies (Loos/Latrines/Lavatories - or as my dear Dad would have said -we went off to water the Laver Trees) before Nellie gave me a Lift to our Lodgings for the night - my own Home Sweet Home.
