"I foresee fair weather for our fearless foray into Fairfield, favourable to the fashionable florals to adorn my feminine form as I fortuitously find my fabulous friend however furtive the meeting place she favours. Fondly anticipating further frivolous remarks, Frog."Following her Fantastic suggestion I too chose Floral, and not just any Floral, but my Frangipani Floral Aloha shirt, with my Flower necklace and earrings.
Our Fine public transport system (today it was on time) Ferried me to Fairfield and the Friendly Face of my BFF looking Fabulous in her Feminine Floral skirt.
We Found Fabulous Frocks and Fashions, Fine Fabrics, Fanta by the case, and Fake Fanta too, Fine Furniture and Fresh Fruit - and that was just on the way to morning tea.
As we sipped our Flat whites we watched the Fine Folk of Fairfield ebb and Flow past the door of the cafe, though we did avoid Fraternising with the smokers sitting at the tables on the Footpath.
As we continued our Frolic we First had to stop at the Fairfield Forum Facilities, but were soon on our way in search of more Fun. We Found Fresh Fish, pet Fish, patriotic Flip Flops with Flags on them in the discount store, Foreign Fig jam in the international supermarket, and more Fabulous Frocks.
We had to Forego having a Foot spa, our Faces bleached, or our Fingernails done as we had to Fit in a Fossick among the Frills and Furbelows of the op shops - amazing what you can Find in there.
Finally headed to Frank's for Falafels, Fattouch salad, Fine cheese pies, Fizzy drinks and the essential Flat bread. Fine Fare with my Fine Forever Friend.
We headed back to the station with a Final Farewell hug, and then a Few Final waves as Jenny's train arrived First.
Forever Friends Fairfield Fun
And just when I thought the Fun was Finished…

ReplyDeleteA furbelow was originally "A gathered strip or pleated border of a skirt or petticoat." according to the Oxford Dictionary, and now means any sort of "showy ornaments and trimmings".
